The Find.jobs search utilizes artificial intelligence to match a job seeker search to an open position. This means that we can find open positions that best align with your search. An example of this would be that we show waitress/waiter jobs if you search "server". Other career searches would not pick up on this, potentially making you miss a great opportunity. To see a full list of our amazing differentiators check out our comparison resource here.
