Response times depend from one company to another. Many times, you may not hear back at all. Don't let that slow down your job search, we encourage you to keep applying to others while you wait to hear back.

.Jobs is a Top-Level-Domain (TLD). Just like .com, .net, or .org, people and companies can register .jobs domains for their websites pertaining to employment. If you are interested in purchasing a .Jobs domain, please visit http://goto.jobs/register/.

We're here to facilitate the jobs application process. We introduce you to opportunities, but it is still up to you to rock your interviews. If a company likes your application, you will then go to a series of interviews and hopefully come out with a job. Visit our resources page for tips on interviewing and more.

Please note at this time our user accounts are currently in beta and may not be accessible to all users. Creating an account and profile gives you discoverability. Our network of employers frequently scan our users for candidates. Job searching is a lot easier when companies are coming to you instead of the other way around. The Find.jobs search utilizes artificial intelligence to match a job seeker search to an open position. This means that we can find open positions that best align with your search. An example of this would be that we show waitress/waiter jobs if you search "server". Other career searches would not pick up on this, potentially making you miss a great opportunity. Not even close. The Find.jobs site is the central hub for the entire .jobs domain. While our initial offering to job seekers is an artificially intelligent job search our team is hard at work building an entire suite of products that will aid job seekers find work. Additionally we are in beta on an entire suite of offerings for employers and recruiters. By going to https://app.post.jobs and logging in with the account from which you posted the job from, you will be greeted with a dashboard containing the jobs you've posted. From here you can edit, activate, deactivate, or delete your jobs.
